What we collect
When you register as a member
We may ask for your name, phone number, email, address and a few KYC details to confirm who you are. We use this only to run the membership.
When you post an ad
We ask for your name, email, contact number, the ad text and a photo. We send a one time code to your email to check it is yours. The ad is shown on the site only after an admin approves it.
When you just visit
Our server and Cloudflare keep simple technical records, such as your IP address and the pages you open. We use them to keep the site safe and to stop spam.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies. One remembers your language. One keeps an admin signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile may also set a cookie to check that you are a real person. We do not use cookies to show you ads.
How we use your information
We use it to run the association, to approve ads, to answer your messages, to send one time codes and to keep the site safe. We do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the services that help us run the site, such as our hosting company, our email service and Cloudflare. We may also share it if the law says we must.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see your information, fix it, or have it removed. You can also take back your consent at any time. To do this, email [email protected].
How we keep it safe
We use HTTPS, one time codes for admin sign in, limits on repeated tries, and checks on every file that is uploaded. No website is perfectly safe, but we work to protect your information.

- Do not post other people's private details without their consent.
- Do not try to break into the site or overload it.
- We may edit, refuse or remove any ad or post at our choice.
- Ads are posted by members of the public. KCA Mysuru does not promise that an ad, an offer or a seller is genuine. Please check before you pay anyone.
- The news, text and design on this site belong to KCA Mysuru unless we say otherwise. Please ask before you copy them.

This website is run by the Konkani Christian Association (R) Mysuru, also called KCA Mysuru.

No. We do not sell your information. We never give it to advertisers.
Who can see my ad?
An ad is checked by an admin first. After it is approved, the title, the text, the photo and the contact number you gave become public on the site.
How do I ask for my information to be changed or removed?

Can I copy the news and photos from this site?
Please ask us first. Write to [email protected]. Some photos belong to the people who sent them to us.
